Shavuot Service
The Yuma Jewish Community Council (Cong. Beth HaMidbar) will be celebrating the holiday of Shavuot with a Torah service this Saturday morning, June 15, 2024 starting at 10:00 AM. Shavuot commemorates the giving of the Ten Commandments on Mt. Sinai and it is customary to read from the Torah on that day.

A short service will be held at the Desert Lawn Memorial Park at 10:00 AM as we visit the graves of former congregants who are buried there. Please consider coming if you are able to do so.
